TRIP LEADER

YOU:

• Naturally take responsibility
• Stay calm and clear when plans change
• Enjoy organizing people, timing and logistics
• Like being the main contact point for guests

YOUR ROLE:

• Oversee the entire kitesafari operation
• Manage daily schedules, briefings and logistics
• Communicate with clients, crew and instructors
• Supervise intermediate riders & coach advanced ones
• Make decisions for the good of guests, team and conditions

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• IKO Level 2 Instructor
• Fluent English (Italian or Spanish are a big plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching kitesurfing
• Experience working on boats / liveaboard trips
• Experience managing a kiteschool or kite operations
• Experience working in Egypt is a plus
• Natural leadership skills, strong organization and positive energy

HEAD INSTRUCTOR

YOU:

• Are organized with equipment and routines
• Care about clean working gear
• Enjoy teaching and guiding riders properly
• Work well with crew and Trip Leader

YOUR ROLE:

• Teach from waterstart to intermediate level
• Manage beach setup and daily kite operation
• Keep all equipment in order on the boat
• Support smooth cooperation between instructors and crew

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• IKO Level 2 Instructor
• Good English (additional languages are a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching kitesurfing
• Strong organizational and equipment management skills
• Ability to work smoothly with Trip Leader and crew
