Picture spending your days on a luxury yacht, kitesurfing & diving on pristine waters with gorgeous coral reef and abundant marine life, while also learning valuable Yoga & Holistic Medicine techniques to improve your physical & mental performance.

You’ll return home from this trip completely refreshed & reinvigorated, with amazing stories and new skills to help you achieve more in life.

Spend 7 days on board of luxury yacht surrounded by wild nature of the Red Sea. Fall in love with your body, mind and soul, letting go of all stress and traumas. Every day we will take you on a new adventure and show you the best of the Red Sea.

OUR YACHT

For this retreat we will be using Heaven Liberty – this motor yacht can host up to 24 guests, the crew of the boat and our team, Nicholas and Kasia. All cabins are for two people, with separate and double beds available (single rooms available at extra cost), with air-condition and a private toilet with shower. There are 4 decks on board: 1 for preparing our kitesurfing and diving gear, another with a small bar to relax and chill, a third deck for Yoga and a restaurant.

PLAN OF THE RETREAT

Day 1:

Arrival day – our team will pick you up at the airport and go with you to the boat: on board you will meet the rest of the team and the other participants.

Day 2:

The yacht will leave at 7am, to our first spot of the week.The first spot depends on the various conditions that we find at sea that day. As soon as we arrive on the spot, we start kitesurfing lessons. During sunset we invite you to the first yoga classes: Yoga basics, Pranayama, synchronizing breath & movement. After dinner we have “ice breaker” games to get to know each other better, then finish the day with our first DMT Breathwork session

Day 3-6:

Every day we learn performance enhancing skills (Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha, Acro-yoga, mobility, meditation and breathwork).

We also provide kitesurfing lessons, from beginner to professional, during the best wind conditions for the day.

Evenings and nights unwind and celebrate with music, ecstatic dances, bonfires on the beach, Ayurvedic Massage, and much more.

Day 7:

Diving and Snorkeling day – We will go to the famous reef in Egypt – Dolphin House, spending all day under the water playing with fish with a good chance of seeing Dolphins 🐬

After this, we head to the marina in Hurghada.

Day 8:

Time to leave the boat! Depending on your plans and flights, we will take you to the airport or to the hotel.
